Organizations all over the world are convinced data-guided decision making is the clear path to achieve new levels of competitiveness and growth. The challenge we are facing now is how to organize and measure the impact these initiatives are making in our business. For that, we need projects that are well-structured, well-managed, and which have specific goals, set from the very beginning.
We use a holistic approach, since we consider 3 fundamental aspects to sustain a culture of decision making based on:
- Data Literacy: People’s ability to read, understand, communicate, and argue with data.
- Information: An organization’s capacity to capture, integrate and deliver the necessary data
- Technology: The capacity organizations have in order to sustain data architecture and to offer people the proper technological tools, as well as the capacity of people to use such tools.
